Sura 52 At-Tur ((The mountain) Toor), ayah 26

1. قَالُوا إِنَّا كُنَّا قَبْلُ فِي أَهْلِنَا مُشْفِقِينَ

   Translation by words

   قَالُوٓا۟

   They will say,

   إِنَّا

   "Indeed, we

   كُنَّا

   [we] were

   قَبْلُ

   before

   فِىٓ

   among

   أَهْلِنَا

   our families

   مُشْفِقِينَ

   fearful,

   They will say, "Indeed, we were previously among our people fearful (of displeasing Allah).
