Sura 7 Al-A'raf (The Heights), ayah 128

  1. قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوْمِهِ اسْتَعِينُوا بِاللَّهِ وَاصْبِرُوا ۖ إِنَّ الْأَرْضَ لِلَّهِ يُورِثُهَا مَنْ يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ ۖ وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ

    Translation by words

    قَالَ
    Said
    مُوسَىٰ
    Musa
    لِقَوْمِهِ
    to his people,
    ٱسْتَعِينُوا۟
    "Seek help
    بِٱللَّهِ
    from Allah
    وَٱصْبِرُوٓا۟
    and be patient.
    إِنَّ
    Indeed,
    ٱلْأَرْضَ
    the earth
    لِلَّهِ
    (belongs) to Allah.
    يُورِثُهَا
    He causes to inherit it
    مَن
    whom
    يَشَآءُ
    He wills
    مِنْ
    of
    عِبَادِهِۦ
    His servants.
    وَٱلْعَٰقِبَةُ
    And the end
    لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
    (is) for the righteous."

    Said Moses to his people, "Seek help through Allah and be patient. Indeed, the earth belongs to Allah. He causes to inherit it whom He wills of His servants. And the (best) outcome is for the righteous."
