Sura 22 Al-Hajj (The Pilgrimage), ayah 54
-
وَلِيَعْلَمَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَبِّكَ فَيُؤْمِنُوا بِهِ فَتُخْبِتَ لَهُ قُلُوبُهُمْ ۗ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَهَادِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ
Translation by words
- وَلِيَعْلَمَ
- And that may know
- ٱلَّذِينَ
- those who
- أُوتُوا۟
- have been given
- ٱلْعِلْمَ
- the knowledge
- أَنَّهُ
- that it
- ٱلْحَقُّ
- (is) the truth
- مِن
- from
- رَّبِّكَ
- your Lord,
- فَيُؤْمِنُوا۟
- and they believe
- بِهِۦ
- in it,
- فَتُخْبِتَ
- and may humbly submit
- لَهُۥ
- to it
- قُلُوبُهُمْ
- their hearts.
- وَإِنَّ
- And indeed,
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- لَهَادِ
- (is) surely (the) Guide
- ٱلَّذِينَ
- (of) those who
- ءَامَنُوٓا۟
- believe,
- إِلَىٰ
- to
- صِرَٰطٍ
- a Path
- مُّسْتَقِيمٍ
- Straight.
And so those who were given knowledge may know that it is the truth from your Lord and (therefore) believe in it, and their hearts humbly submit to it. And indeed is Allah the Guide of those who have believed to a straight path.

Translation: Saheeh International
