Sura 36 Ya-Sin (Ya Sin), ayah 38

  1. وَالشَّمْسُ تَجْرِي لِمُسْتَقَرٍّ لَهَا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ تَقْدِيرُ الْعَزِيزِ الْعَلِيمِ

    Translation by words

    وَٱلشَّمْسُ
    And the sun
    تَجْرِى
    runs
    لِمُسْتَقَرٍّ
    to a term appointed
    لَّهَا
    for it.
    ذَٰلِكَ
    That
    تَقْدِيرُ
    (is the) Decree
    ٱلْعَزِيزِ
    (of) the All-Mighty,
    ٱلْعَلِيمِ
    the All-Knowing.

    And the sun runs (on course) toward its stopping point. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.
