Sura 46 Al-Ahqaf (The Wind - Curved Sandhills), ayah 23

  1. قَالَ إِنَّمَا الْعِلْمُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَأُبَلِّغُكُمْ مَا أُرْسِلْتُ بِهِ وَلَٰكِنِّي أَرَاكُمْ قَوْمًا تَجْهَلُونَ

    Translation by words

    قَالَ
    He said,
    إِنَّمَا
    "Only
    ٱلْعِلْمُ
    the knowledge
    عِندَ
    (is) with Allah
    ٱللَّهِ
    (is) with Allah
    وَأُبَلِّغُكُم
    and I convey to you
    مَّآ
    what
    أُرْسِلْتُ
    I am sent
    بِهِۦ
    with it,
    وَلَٰكِنِّىٓ
    but
    أَرَىٰكُمْ
    I see you
    قَوْمًا
    a people
    تَجْهَلُونَ
    ignorant."

    He said, "Knowledge (of its time) is only with Allah, and I convey to you that with which I was sent; but I see you (to be) a people behaving ignorantly."

    46:23
