Sura 4 An-Nisa (The Women), ayah 149

  1. إِنْ تُبْدُوا خَيْرًا أَوْ تُخْفُوهُ أَوْ تَعْفُوا عَنْ سُوءٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَفُوًّا قَدِيرًا

    Translation by words

    إِن
    If
    تُبْدُوا۟
    you disclose
    خَيْرًا
    a good
    أَوْ
    or
    تُخْفُوهُ
    you conceal it
    أَوْ
    or
    تَعْفُوا۟
    pardon
    عَن
    [of]
    سُوٓءٍ
    an evil,
    فَإِنَّ
    then indeed,
    ٱللَّهَ
    Allah
    كَانَ
    is
    عَفُوًّا
    Oft-Pardoning,
    قَدِيرًا
    All-Powerful.

    If (instead) you show (some) good or conceal it or pardon an offense - indeed, Allah is ever Pardoning and Competent.
