Sura 4 An-Nisa (The Women), ayah 159

  1. وَإِنْ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ إِلَّا لَيُؤْمِنَنَّ بِهِ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ ۖ وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِمْ شَهِيدًا

    Translation by words

    وَإِن
    And (there is) not
    مِّنْ
    from
    أَهْلِ
    (the) People
    ٱلْكِتَٰبِ
    (of) the Book
    إِلَّا
    but
    لَيُؤْمِنَنَّ
    surely he believes
    بِهِۦ
    in him
    قَبْلَ
    before
    مَوْتِهِۦ
    his death.
    وَيَوْمَ
    And (on the) Day
    ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ
    (of) the Resurrection
    يَكُونُ
    he will be
    عَلَيْهِمْ
    against them
    شَهِيدًا
    a witness.

    And there is none from the People of the Scripture but that he will surely believe in Jesus before his death. And on the Day of Resurrection he will be against them a witness.
