Sura 4 An-Nisa (The Women), ayah 163

  1. إِنَّا أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ كَمَا أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَىٰ نُوحٍ وَالنَّبِيِّينَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ ۚ وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ وَالْأَسْبَاطِ وَعِيسَىٰ وَأَيُّوبَ وَيُونُسَ وَهَارُونَ وَسُلَيْمَانَ ۚ وَآتَيْنَا دَاوُودَ زَبُورًا

    Translation by words

    إِنَّآ
    Indeed, We
    أَوْحَيْنَآ
    have revealed
    إِلَيْكَ
    to you
    كَمَآ
    as
    أَوْحَيْنَآ
    We revealed
    إِلَىٰ
    to
    نُوحٍ
    Nuh
    وَٱلنَّبِيِّۦنَ
    and the Prophets
    مِنۢ
    from
    بَعْدِهِۦ
    after him,
    وَأَوْحَيْنَآ
    and We revealed
    إِلَىٰٓ
    to
    إِبْرَٰهِيمَ
    Ibrahim
    وَإِسْمَٰعِيلَ
    and Ishmael,
    وَإِسْحَٰقَ
    and Isaac
    وَيَعْقُوبَ
    and Yaqub,
    وَٱلْأَسْبَاطِ
    and the tribes,
    وَعِيسَىٰ
    and Isa
    وَأَيُّوبَ
    and Ayyub,
    وَيُونُسَ
    and Yunus,
    وَهَٰرُونَ
    and Harun
    وَسُلَيْمَٰنَ
    and Sulaiman
    وَءَاتَيْنَا
    and We gave
    دَاوُۥدَ
    (to) Dawood
    زَبُورًا
    the Zaboor.

    Indeed, We have revealed to you, (O Muhammad), as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him. And we revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, the Descendants, Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and Solomon, and to David We gave the book (of Psalms).
