Sura 5 Al-Ma'idah (The Table Spread), ayah 76

1. قُلْ أَتَعْبُدُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مَا لَا يَمْلِكُ لَكُمْ ضَرًّا وَلَا نَفْعًا ۚ وَاللَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

   Translation by words

   قُلْ

   Say,

   أَتَعْبُدُونَ

   "Do you worship

   مِن

   from

   دُونِ

   besides

   ٱللَّهِ

   Allah

   مَا

   what

   لَا

   not

   يَمْلِكُ

   has power

   لَكُمْ

   to (cause) you

   ضَرًّا

   any harm

   وَلَا

   and not

   نَفْعًا

   any benefit,

   وَٱللَّهُ

   while Allah,

   هُوَ

   He

   ٱلسَّمِيعُ

   (is) the All-Hearing,

   ٱلْعَلِيمُ

   the All-Knowing?

   Say, "Do you worship besides Allah that which holds for you no (power of) harm or benefit while it is Allah who is the Hearing, the Knowing?"
